Hello Sports Friends and Fitness Enthusiasts.
Our very personal fitness page is being created here, called FAMILYLOUNGE TITANIUM PREMIUM FITNESS.
The 2nd corona lockdown forced us to move our “sporty” center of life into our own four walls called home.
From there we will let you participate in our training on a regular basis, and motivate you with lots of information about the 6 pillars of fitness called endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, mental strength, and nutrition.
We’ll be posting workout videos regularly, running live sessions via Zoom, and providing lots of blog information over the next few months.
We believe that healthy eating, regular exercise, and mental strength are the smart way to approach health and wellbeing, and we work hard to share this message with our customers, clients, and partners.
Sport is a social event, so why not get together and support each other on the path to health and success.
From January we will let you take part in the creation of our Cross-Fit Garage Parkour and our preparation for participation in the Cross-Fit Games 2022.
It will be an exciting period for all of us… stop by every now and then and maybe there is something interesting for you.
