This is a polite reminder of our proposal from late summer.
Today a few personal words from me, Adriaen Valéry Burgis, and some updated information about the upcoming Viking Saga production.
Well, the studio investors and partners have provided a great beginning. They have helped get us into production and even get some great names behind us, including Mats Mikkelsen and Conan Stevens. And, much of the funding from the studios has helped secure some great talent behind the camera like the Scottish Director Rick McLeod.
But, there is still much to do.
Together with our partners from the Entertainment Industry, Viking Storm Entertainment Ltd. (a UK production company), backed up by a private equity fund, and, currently, in cooperation with Celtic Storm Films, we are developing a feature film project “Pict’s Sword”, with an estimated budget of US$ 6,000,000. “Pict’s Sword”, is an ultimate Viking adventure, set in 10th Century A.D., in Scandinavia and Scotland.
With you as an investor we will be able to produce a film that has every ingredient to create a legion of followers of the thrilling story of beautiful, lionhearted Viking female-warrior Solveig and her bloodthirsty revenge against the murderer of her family – Earl Erik “Blood Axe”.

RE: the status of production
We are still working on completing our budget and our Line Producer in Belarus are working with local studio, local authorities and local historic-reconstruction clubs on preparation for our production.
Cast is practically assembled and there are not any news.
RE: information that can convince investors to invest in this project, as you well-know, all investors are interested in getting their money back, with a profit.
Therefore, we are offering to the investors a control over the film’s budget and cash-flow spending.
Money from your prospective Investor will be transferred to the production account of the film, not an account of Viking Storm Entertainment Ltd.
Prospective investors will have his signature on the production account of the film and each and every transaction, which will be made from that account will be required his/her signature and approval.
The profit of this investment is assured by an agreement with a prominent US sales agent, which will sell our film worldwide, all media.
“Pict’s Sword” is targeting the same audience like: Wonder Woman (2017), The Scorpion King (2002), Red Sonja (1985), Beowulf (2007), Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000), King Arthur (2004), Hanna (2011), Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003) and Vikings TV series did.
“Pict’s Sword” has a great sales potential, as an action-adventure Viking genre film, for adult audiences (18-65 years old).
We, also, will capitalize on the success and publicity of Viking TV series and apply it to its devoted audience of 7.8 million viewers.
“Pict’s Sword” is an original story, which gives a perfect opportunity to develop a new successful Franchise, with sequel, prequel, spin-off, etc., as well as Video Games, Comics, Toys, Fashion lines and other merchandise.
The Script is an original story by well-known Maiia Gesner, set in 10th Century A.D., in Scandinavia, Scotland and Africa.
“Pict’s Sword” is a UK-Denmark co-production, with Principal Photography on locations in Iceland and Belarus.
Our worldwide, all media distribution is fully secured by signed sales agreement with an American sales agent Bob’s Your Uncle.
Therefore, we are inviting your respected group of investors to join our project, as a Co-Producer/Co-Financier, with a proposed financial contribution of US$ 600,000, in the liquid funds.
This proposed financial contribution will be entitled to your respected group of investors the following benefits:
- 120 % recoup, after the film is sold, licensed, put in theaters, which constitutes: repayment of initial investment (100%) + 20% of Premium, in the first position, after sales agent fees and actual expenses.
- 10 % of the film’s net proceeds.
- Producer’s Credit.
If our film will not fit your respected group of investors profile, we would like to discuss other ways of working together.
